Method for simultaneous identification and quantification of up to 16 amino acids from blood plasma and plasma biomarkers using amino acids in the diagnosis of stroke isquu00ebmico (Avci).The present invention relates to a method for simultaneous identification and quantification of up to 16 kinds of amino acids from blood plasma, using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The invention also proposes the use of up to 7 amino acids on plasma biomarkers in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke (Avci).
