The base plate has a base (2) comprising flat zones (3) facing corresponding flat zones of art work. Fixing units (4, 5) formed of dual face adhesive ribbons include adhesive layers (7, 8, 14, 15) and protection layers (9, 16) arranged to firmly attach the art work on the base by one of the layers at a location of the flat zones after removal of the corresponding protection layers. The fixing units include ribbons made of velvet (12) with hooks (13) i.e. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener). Decorative elements formed of original graphics and art work are fixed on the base.
