A glass ceramic article contains aluminosilicate glass ceramic including sodium oxide and potassium oxide, and has water content of 0.04 mol/L or more of content of glass ceramic measured using transmission spectroscopy. An independent claim is included for device for manufacturing thin-layer solar cell.
