The method involves generating digital image data of the non-intact area or the diseased tissue area and its environment by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The image data is computer-aided analyzed for determination between non-intact and intact areas or between diseased and healthy tissues. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a detecting and identifying method.
