The dispenser has a valve housing (1) connected with a pressure-reducing valve (15) of a large carbonic acid bottle (16) by a gas line (3). A gas supply pin (7) and a manometer are arranged at the valve housing. A capsule holder holds a carbonic acid capsule and screwably arranged at a screw thread (14). A cutting pin is arranged at the valve housing for perforating a closure of the carbonic acid capsule. A rubber plug is firmly arranged in a hard cap (18) that is provided with two lateral holes for retaining a snatching lever (21).
