The device has fixation brackets (5, 6) connected with each other via screw bolts (9, 10). One of the fixation brackets is connected with a groove slab (2) and a soffit slab (4) in a force fit manner. A sliding foil (15) is arranged between a side piece (14) of other fixation bracket and the soffit slab. The side piece comprises a round hole for guiding another screw bolt (16) to ensure stone elongation during temperature fluctuation, where the hole is large in relation to diameter of a screw shaft. The latter fixation bracket is designed as a sliding bracket anchor.
