The bar (10) has two contactable electric lines (14a-14d) arranged inside and completely made from a timber plastic composite material i.e. electrical isolative material, for operating the bar. A first recess (24) and/or a first projection (26) are fastened to a lamp, a winding-or ceiling holder and/or a seemed-like element. Second, third, fourth and fifth recesses (16a-16d) are formed by second and third projections (17a, 17b) that are made of spring-elastic material to achieve clamping action on a lamp terminal. The lamp terminal is in contact with the electric lines.
