The fitting has a horizontal discharge pipe (1) comprising a leading end arranged downward to a discharge opening (5). A sensor (7) detects existence of objects in the discharge opening. The sensor is arranged between a wall-facing end of the discharge pipe and the discharge opening in a region under the discharge pipe, where the sensor does not project over a contour of the discharge pipe. A vertical spacing between the sensor and the discharge opening is about twice as large as diameter of the discharge pipe in vertical direction.
