The system has a comparison device comparing a transmitted person identification signal (PIS) with data pair signals. The comparison device generates an acknowledge signal (BS) during existence of signal correlation. A computing unit-transmission device transmits the acknowledge signal to a reader (LE) and activates a payment process. An identification device containing personal data and safety data of a public personal document e.g. identity card, has safety characteristics that are matched with safety characteristics of the document.
