The method involves brazing specific material in the range of the predetermined contact point of two damper components that are coated with chemical vapor deposition process, to join the components. The joined components are heated at soldering temperature, so that the heated components form a non-detachable assembly. The surface of the assembly is subjected to surface treatment using the residual heat from component heating process.
