The device (1) has a holding structure (2) arranged on a displaceable support (3) around a load under tensile stress. The holding structure is linked at the displaceable support. The displaceable support is displaced against return force of a spring element (4). The support is held in a starting position by bias force and arranged in a housing (6) that is attached to a vehicle. The displaceable support is coupled with a guide element, which is fed in displacement direction of the displaceable support at the housing.
