Method for detecting three-dimensional course of surface to determine position of optical three-dimensional objects, involves tomographically computing three-dimensional reconstruction of intensity distribution of pattern based on images
The method involves recording images (6) of a pattern in a surface (2) using a set of cameras (3) from different directions, where the cameras are aligned to a measuring volume (1). A course of the surface is determined based on the images of the pattern. A three-dimensional reconstruction (4) of an intensity distribution of the pattern is tomographically computed based on the images of the pattern. A position of objects in space is determined based on the three-dimensional reconstruction of the intensity distribution. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting three dimensional deformation of a surface.
