Brake system controlling method for passenger car, involves providing periodically varying primary pressure as target braking pressure, and providing actual braking pressure at brake cylinder with respect to target braking pressure
The method involves providing a periodically varying primary pressure as a target braking pressure. Actual braking pressure is provided at a brake cylinder (R) with respect to the target braking pressure using the primary pressure. The primary pressure is increased or modulated over time with respect to a pedal (3) and a pedal rod (3a), where the primary pressure exhibits a curve in a form of a sine wave, triangle, saw tooth or exponential function. The actual braking pressure is increased and decreased during increasing and decreasing of time of the primary pressure, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a brake system comprising a control unit.
