The system has centralized and decentralized control units (ZRE, DRE) which communicate together in a cable-bonded or cable-less manner. The centralized and decentralized control units comprise a remote control interface and are arranged in cascades, where cooling/heating power comprising mass flow and temperature difference precisely corresponds to a cooling load and/or a heating load at time points. The decentralized units control an associated cooling and/or heating circuit (Kn) using decentralized constant parameters (Kn-par) such as normal power, exponent and minimum spreading. An independent claim is also included for a method for integrated dynamic thermal-hydraulic compensation.
