The mask has bus bar displays (3) spaced at a distance from each other, and electrode finger displays (4) located along an extending direction (R) from one of the bus bar displays to the other bus bar display. Width of the electrode finger displays along the former bus bar display is smaller than width of the electrode finger displays along the latter bus bar display. The bus bar displays are represented as large bars with hatching. The electrode finger displays are extended conically in a symmetrical manner along an extension direction. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a wafer solar cell.
