A mixing section (106) is arranged downstream of the guide section in a flow direction (107) of the fluids. The fluids are mixed in the mixing section. The mixing section includes a mixing surface (134) coming into contact with one of the fluids in operation of the device. The mixing surface has a high roughness depth than the guide surface.
