The sensor has a ferroelectric layer and sensor electrodes arranged on a ceramic substrate. Two temperature-dependent resonant circuits (1, 2) form an electrical arrangement, which is connected with a resistor network. The resistor network comprises resistors (6-9) connected to form a voltage divider, whose individual resistor comprises different temperature coefficients and different electric resistance values. The ceramic substrate is made of aluminum oxide. The electrodes are made of platinum.
