The tubular structure has LED semiconductor radiation sources (14) for emission of UV radiation. The exterior surface of the transparent tube structure is provided with bactericidal effect. A support column (15) is provided extending through the tubular structure, and the LED semiconductor radiation sources are arranged on the support column.
