The door fitting (10) has a bar door handle (11) for manual operation of a door leaf. The bar door handle is extended between an end side (11a) and another end side (11b) of the bar door handle. A transparent pipe body (13) for the manual operation of the door leaf is arranged between the end sides. UV-radiation sources (14) are provided at one of the end sides for irradiating UV-radiation into the pipe body. The UV-radiation emerges on an outer surface of the pipe body to obtain a bactericidal effect on the outer surface. The UV-radiation sources are formed as LED-semiconductor radiation sources. The pipe body is made from glass material.
