The base (1) has concave upper and lower surfaces (2, 4) whose partial regions are formed of an anti-slip material. A recess is formed on the upper surface for receiving an information carrier (22). The information carrier partially rests on the base and leans against a leaning surface (28) i.e. portion and/or surface of seat of vehicle. The leaning surface is in an upright orientation with respect to a support part (26) on which the information carrier is supported. Angle (beta) between the support part and the information carrier is in the range of 60 to 75 degrees. The base is formed in rectangular, triangular, polygonal, trapezoidal, oval and circular shapes. The base is formed as a multi-layer or multi-part component or single-piece component.
