The engine has a fresh air suction passage (4) for sucking fresh air. The fresh air is accelerated by compression by compressor blade collars and heated in combustion chambers against a flight direction and introduced as exhaust stream directly behind a front blower by the suction passage. A counter flow region of a core engine (1) is partly divided into inner and outer counter flows (5, 6) by a housing intermediate wall (2) in an engine longitudinal direction. The suction passage is provided outside a housing (3) of the core engine and positioned in the inner counter flow.
