The motor vehicle (10) has a rear spoiler with a carrier element that is connected to a body element (18) and is fixed on a spoiler kinematics. The carrier element is adjusted between a retracted rest position and an extended operating position by a spoiler element (16). The carrier element is connected with a body element by an adhesive system. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a module of an air guiding device to a body unit of a motor vehicle.
