The dispenser (1) has a housing (10) including an inner space (I) that holds a set of bicycles (100), where the dispenser automatically releases the bicycles from the inner space and/or automatically receives the bicycles into the inner space. The housing includes an aperture (11) for releasing the bicycles, where the bicycle is removable from the dispenser and/or is arranged in the dispenser through the aperture. The housing includes a transparent windscreen (12) to detect degree of filling of the dispenser, where the dispenser receives and/or outputs the bicycles in a folded up state. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for receiving a bicycle dispenser.
