A capacitor comprises an anode formed by covering dielectric surface of an electrode component by using electrode material, and solid electrolyte including conductive polymer and polyglycerol. The ratio of content of polyglycerol to conductive polymer is more than 0.15 wt.%. The polyglycerol is a mixture of more than 50 wt.% of tri-and tetra-glycerol. An independent claim is included for manufacture of capacitor.
