The heating device has a rotor for generating fluid flow, a stator and an electric heating element (2) for heating the fluid flow. The stator has an electric line for the supply of the heating element. The rotor carries the heating element and the heating element is connected to the line of the stator by a sliding contact (3a,3b). The heating element is provided as a ceramic positive thermal coefficient element. The rotor has rotor blade (1a,1b), which carries the heating element. The rotor blades are made of plastic, particularly metal or aluminum base alloy.
