The extractor hood device (1) comprises a housing (2) and a rectangular vent, which is provided on a flat housing upper side (2.1). The housing has a frame-like recess (4) on the housing upper side for receiving a hob (5) and another frame-like recess (6) for receiving another hob (7). An elongated guiding profile element (8) is arranged above the vent, which divides the rectangular vent into a primary air conveying shaft and a secondary air conveying shaft. The primary air conveying shaft forms a lateral suction slot (9.1) opened inwards to the former hob.
