The turner has a rotary sleeve shaft (3) for processing curved work-pieces (7) i.e. wooden sticks, and a variable machine cutting article provided on the rotary sleeve shaft. The machine cutting article has sleeve shaft adjustable carbide tips made of high performance speed steel. The geometry of the turner is a 4-square, and a clearing-ground is attached at a cutting edge. A carbide insert is provided with an adjustable threaded pin. An adjustable carbide cutting is secured over a clamping screw.
