The hub control gear comprises a rotary hub shaft (10) which is housed in the hub sleeve (12). The foot pedal is fixed to the hub shaft. A hollow shaft (21) carries the sun wheel, and is connected to the hub sleeve via a free-wheel clutch. The axles (20) of the planetary gear (16,17) are fed into a control disk (22) at the free ends of the rockers (18).
