The method involves forming a corrosion layer as a before-corrosive cathode current collector on a cathode current collector blank i.e. curved metal sheet, for final completion of a cathode current collector, where thickness of the corrosion layer amounts to 50 micrometer. The collector blank is corroded for forming the corroded cathode current collector by an electrolyte i.e. lithium/potassium electrolyte. Partial removal of the corrosion layer is carried-out on the collector blank by a sharpening process for contacting with a cathode or a separator plate.
