A module-side cooling fluid inlet (111) of the power semiconductor module is connected with a coolant outlet (122) of the liquid cooling module while a module-side coolant outlet (112) of the power semiconductor module is connected with a cooling liquid inlet (123) of the liquid cooling module by enabling the fluid-tight connection between the power semiconductor module and liquid cooling module.
