The charging circuit comprises a generator side and a load side. A transistor such as FET (S111), a coupling capacitor (Ck1) and an inductor (L1) are arranged as three-pole structure and are located on the load side, for controlling the charging current on the generator side. The generator side and the load side are coupled with each other by the coupling capacitor, through two current paths.
