The method involves extracting raw data of information from data sources with the help of an automatic web exploration tool, and prioritizing the extracted raw data by a set of filters such as information source, type and language of raw data. The raw data is selected based on quality criteria from the prioritized raw data, and the selected raw data is extracted from keywords to transform the raw data into a counseling file containing the extracted keywords. The counseling file is presented to a user based on the keywords entered by the user and a quality indicator of the counseling file.
