The method involves determining whether a digital image is included in a Flash animation. Animation modes such as enlarging the image by interpolation, enlarging by data downloading resulting from enlargement order or enlarging by downloading prior to the order are selected for the image. The selected mode is written by a user in a file containing animation data. The data are written for implementing the animation in the file. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus of processing digital image.
