The system has a hollow covering unit (1) covering a leakage area of a hydrocarbon well. A waterproof rupturable bottom (2) of the system is ruptured when the covering unit is in contact with an exit area and with flexible and/or rigid pipes (3) connected to a surface of the well, where the system is suspended and descended at a point on the surface of the well by gravity or automatically, and the system is filled with liquid i.e. crude oil, with closer density and freezing temperature lower than that of underwater or sublacustrine medium in which the system is immersed. The bottom of the system is made of plastic, steel, aluminum, concrete or special rubber.
