The quality of service (qos) is a specification system during the design and implementation of networks on chip. The specifications of the qos can be implemented in an interconnection on the chip by the fact of providing at least two signals indicating the priority level of an interface of a transaction, one of the signals transferring information band with the transaction and the other signal transferring information from - strip with respect to the transaction. The signals can be treated by the interconnection on the chip so as to deliver the qos required. The embodiments described can be extended to a network on a chip (noc) .
