The device has a sleeve (20) mounted on a flexible tubular element (10), and a body (30) connected to the tubular element. A conducting device (40) is located in the element and activated when the element is compressed. A vibration unit (50) is electrically connected to the conducting device that drives the vibration unit. A power supply unit e.g. battery, provides energy to the conducting device and to the vibration unit. The tubular element includes projections (111), and the sleeve comprises orifices (211) across which the projections are extended.
