The device has an electrical control button (2) integrated to an opening frame (1) i.e. rear shutter, of a motor vehicle and including a closed envelope (2`) e.g. circular shaped envelope, that is formed of an electrically insulating/elastomeric material. Electrically conducting elements (4, 5) are housed in the envelope with respect to one another. The elements are supplied by electrical current, when a pressure is exerted on an elastically deformable outer wall (12) of the button, for closing an electric power circuit of a triggering unit (6) that triggers an opening of a lock of the frame.
