The method involves fabricating a support (24) e.g. cassette and tube, by bi-material injection, where one of two materials forms a cast solid gasket (25) with the support. The gasket is utilized for ensuring sealing between the support and exchangers (21, 22) e.g. radiator and condenser, where the support forms a framework. The materials used for the bi-material injection is selected among plastic material or rubber, where the gasket is in contact with the exchangers that are supported by the support. An independent claim is also included for a cooling module including a motor bike-ventilator.
