The method involves converting a sequence of digital samples received at frequency of samples into a series of analog signals, where each analog signal is generated from the corresponding digital sample during time interval provided by the inverse of sample frequency. The analog signals are square waves having amplitude proportional to the corresponding digital sample and frequency that is an integer multiple greater than 1 of the sample frequency. An independent claim is also included for a digital to analog convertor comprising a digital signal inlet.
