The seat has a base (20) connected to a floor of a vehicle by a rotation axle (25) to pivot around the axle between a normal utilization position and a tilted position toward front. A backrest (30) is connected to the base by another rotation axle (35) to pivot around the latter axle between a normal utilization position and a horizontal position of partitioning of a luggage compartment (40). The latter axle is arranged such that the backrest in its horizontal position is directly rested against the base in its tilted position toward the front for maintaining the backrest in a place.
