The seat i.e. back seat (100), has a base (130) with a front portion and a rear portion. A backrest (110) includes a lower portion that is ready to occupy a normal use position in which the lower portion of the backrest is arranged at the rear portion of the base, and a folded position in which the lower portion the backrest is arranged at the front portion of the base. The backrest is connected with the base by a rod (120) moved on a rotation axle (115) for allowing movement of the backrest between the normal use position and the folded position.
