The device has a convector (4) i.e. upstream convector, comprising two reflective walls opposite to an optical axis, where the reflective walls are deviated with one another along downstream direction. A convergent lens or an optical condenser is provided with an upstream pupil (7) i.e. initial diopter, and a downstream pupil (9), where the upstream pupil is convex in shape. A focus of the lens is substantially identical at center of light formed by a light source (20) and reflected on the reflective walls.
