The concentrator has a light inlet area and a light outlet area that are placed at an upstream of the concentrator. The areas are connected by upstream and downstream convectors (4, 5) that are arranged in series. The upstream convector and the downstream convector comprise a longitudinal section that is in a trapezoidal shape. The inlet area is a small base of an upstream trapezoid. The outlet area is large base of a downstream trapezoid. A convergent lens (7) is located between the convectors. A prism connects two successive portions of guides of light.
