The blank (F) has rectangular or square panels (1, 2) separated by a folding line (5). One of the panels has a flap (10) separated by the folding line to opposite of another panel. Trapezoidal shutters (11, 12) are articulated on two opposite sides of the former panel, where each of the shutters is separated by other folding lines (13, 14). Each shutter includes an attachment finger (15) engaged in an attachment slot (16) formed in the flap. The finger is placed at an edge located from a side of the flap, where the blank is formed from a rectangular sheet of printable material.
