A scraper panel (7) extends from the carrier panel and is separated from it by a folding line (8). An articulated assembly and raising unit (10) for the scraper flap comprises a side flap (11) separated by a folding line (12) and an automatic assembling lateral flap (13) separated by a folding line (14) from the carrier panel allowing the lateral flap to be folded against the rear face of the carrier panel. An insert flap (15) connecting the lateral flap to the side flap is separated from them by convergent folding lines (16,17). An Independent claim is included for a method of forming the tongs.
