The device has a motor (1) by which an axle (2) is introduced in a circular envelope (3). A cylinder (4) has two chambers (5, 6) arranged on the sides of the axle. Pistons (16, 17) are introduced in cylinder pistons (7, 8). Blocking pulleys (22, 23) are placed in the cylinder pistons. Cables (18, 18a, 19, 19a) are passed through bores (20, 21) in the pistons, where explosion of the cylinder pistons allows to expel the pistons upwardly for exerting forces when the cylinder pistons reaches the end of stroke.
