The system has a U-shaped blocking part (9) engaged with a lower part of a post section (2). A fixation unit i.e. screw (12), fixes the U-shaped blocking part on parallel wings (6) of the post section. A stacked part i.e. spacer (4), is supported against the U-shaped blocking part. The U-shaped blocking part includes a base (10) and two wings (11). The wings of the U-shaped blocking part are engaged between the wings in the post section, and the base is oriented toward the bottom of the post section.
