The gate (10) has an estimation switch (22) electrically isolating an intermediate outlet (C) of a logic cell (12) from a high voltage line (Vdd) when a reset switch (20) is busy. An input transistor control system (40) includes a control output (V-bA) electrically connected to a rear gate of an input transistor (24) and another control output (V-bB) electrically connected to a rear gate of another input transistor (26), where the transistors are carbon nanotube FETs, and value of one of the outputs depends on another value considered as voltage of one of inputs (A, B) of the gate.
