The device has a metal cross structure (1) formed by metal branches that are reinforced on a side opposed to natural ground (4) by a pyramidal metal structure (2). An internal surface of the cross structure is covered by a metal net (5) that is powered by a periphery cable. The cable is maintained in periphery of the cross structure by metal guides (6). The cross structure is fixed at the natural ground by an anchoring bar (3) and terminated in its end by a retaining nut (7) that is supported on a metal pyramidal reinforcement point of the pyramidal metal structure.
