PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-off valve operation mechanism and an on-off valve operating device, configured to reliably maintain a closed state even if an operation fluid is unintentionally supplied when locked.;SOLUTION: An On-off valve operation mechanism includes: an on-off valve regulation member 140 that regulates a valve body 220 for supplying/discharging a high-pressure gas stored in a high-pressure gas cylinder; a locking ring 10 that locks the on-off valve regulation member 140 at a valve closing regulation position; and a valve opening operation flow passage that introduces drive air flowing in from a drive air supply hole 34, to the on-off valve regulation member 140, so that the pressure of the drive air is applied in a valve-opening direction against the biasing force of a disk spring 130. When it is locked, the ring protrusion 43 of an air stopper 40 cuts off the drive air in the valve opening operation flow passage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
